Gillian Crosby is a passionate food-lover from Tasmania, Australia. She has a degree in filmmaking from the Victorian College of the Arts that she fully intends to start using… soon. For the moment she is gallivanting about France eating macarons and croissants and drinking champagne, and teaching French children how to make lamingtons (and speak English. They like the lamingtons better, though). She learned very early on in life that good food is the way to just about anyone’s heart, and enjoys cooking for herself, her family and friends, complete strangers and occasionally entire film crews.
